Hilary - I just wanted to thank you again
for being so accommodating with us last
Saturday, it really made a difference as
there are so many foods I tend to avoid! We
had a lovely relaxed day which was exactly
the reason for planning it.Beverley
Please will you email me the recipes for the
ravioli sauce & fish cakes & any other
'useful' sauces that omit cream & are quick
to prepare.
One last thing, I can't tolerate vinegar
(malt or cider) in dressings, is there any
milder ingredient to substitute for this?

weekend a very enjoyable one, we all felt
that you both went out of your way, to make
sure it was! We went shopping in York, I
only hope you get commission from Barnitts,
as we all bought a mini blender/chopper for
making the pesto, as well as lots of other
goodies! I have already made the thai
fishcakes, which went down well. I intend to
work my way through all the recipes over the
next couple of weeks!

How do Harmony House children’s
parties and special days work?
Download the list of activities and
choose any two.
Each section is for 2 hours and
costs £100 for up to 6
persons. Extra persons are £12 to a
maximum of 10. Hold your party or
special day at Harmony House, at
your chosen venue or in your own
home.
Like your child’s party or special
day a little longer. Combine 2
modules for 3 hours for £150 for up
to 6. Extra persons are £15
to a maximum of 10. Hold your party
or special day at Harmony House, at
your chosen venue or in your own
