Your special day with friends cooking, demonstrating and learning new techniques at Harmony House. Choose your hen day theme from:

	Meals in minutes	Baking bonanza

	Cook your own 2 course meal with canapé starters to eat here as a lunch or dinner. Cook a themed menu or choose the foods you love to eat.	Baking a variety of cakes, cookies and chocolate desserts or cup cakes to share between you all and take home £35 per person min 6 max 12
		Bake a variety of dainty savouries, cakes and pastries. Enjoy as afternoon tea or late lunch served with china cups and saucers

	Canapés & Cocktails	Cup Cakes & Chocolates

	Make your own canapés and nibbles!	Make your own toppings and icing decorations for cupcakes
	See an expert cocktail maker in action, plus tasting of 6 cocktails with a flavour of the deep south. Demonstration by Louisiana Bars. A perfect end to your time at Harmony house, enjoy the canapés you have made with cocktails.	Make your own chocolates with various fillings. Decorate both chocolates and cup cakes and take them home

Make your hen party more special with an overnight stay at Harmony House 4 star B & B from £65 based on two people sharing. We suggest you spend one day cooking then the second shopping or site seeing in York. Weekend bookings have a minimum of 2 nights stay.

Just a quick note to say thank you for a lovely, fun session on Saturday.  It was a great way to get to know people and we all learnt something no matter how experienced or inexperienced at cooking we were.

The whole weekend worked out beautifully for me and everyone has sent some lovely text messages saying how much they enjoyed it all. If you mail me the recipes, I will forward them on.  I think the xmas pud truffle recipe and the French 75 cocktail will be the most used going forward!! Julia

Hilary - I just wanted to thank you again for being so accommodating with us last Saturday, it really made a difference as there are so many foods I tend to avoid! We had a lovely relaxed day which was exactly the reason for planning it.Beverley

Please will you email me the recipes for the ravioli sauce & fish cakes & any other 'useful' sauces that omit cream & are quick to prepare.

One last thing, I can't tolerate vinegar (malt or cider) in dressings, is there any milder ingredient to substitute for this?
