Simply Entertain – Summer dinner
parties 10.30 -4.30pm £95 or 2 for £180
including a three course lunch
With a selection of recipes including, three
tier fish terrine, asparagus soufflé pork
paprika, salmon en papilotte with julienne
of vegetables and hollandaise sauce. Limon
cello yoghurt ice-cream with tuilles
individual berry and cassis puddings,
rippled fruit meringues
Wed 12th Herbs & Hedgerow with History
and health properties 10.30 – 2pm £40 with
lunch and a special joint demonstration with
Alison Turnbull of Gorse Farm
We will be demonstrating and making a
selection of soups, salads, soufflés, scones
and savoury choux! All made using herbs and
hedgerow foods. These include spinach,
loveage, wild garlic, watercress, nettle and
wild mint, dandelion crusted pork and rowan
jelly, rosehip cream and elderberry jelly.
Followed by a talk on herbs, their history
and health properties.

includes smoked salmon
roulades with parmesan
crisps and balsamic cherry
tomatoes; salmon and lobster
terrine with lemongrass
jelly and pea shoots, pan
fried tenderloin of pork
with tarragon butter sauce,
Rack of lamb with a herb
crust, pak choi and jus,
baked chocolate fondant with
orange tuile and spun sugar,
lemon meringue parfait with
berries and a sugar cage.
