Magnificent Meals in minutes
Do you have a busy lifestyle? Do you need ideas to produce healthy meals quickly? Yes. Then this full day course is for you. Learn shortcuts and ways to cheat, without resorting to a packet or tin. Chicken and beef stir fries, mousses, whips  
Friends for dinner
 All these courses are ideal for entertaining at home as they are designed to be easy to prepare, look stunning and leave you time to enjoy your guests. Recipes include salmon quenelles, soufflé's and meringue roulade, chocolate caraque, French flan pastry, 3 tier fish terrine and avocado prawn soufflé. Add to your repertoire of entertaining, using ingredients you might shy away from.
We provide you with the freshest produce (local were available) and design recipes for seasonal entertaining. Delight your friends on warm summer evenings with a selection of light and fruity summer foods (indoors) for example chicken with watercress, ice creams and cheesecakes, barbeque idea and cold buffet ideas. For the winter we will be making warm rustic and earthy foods using root vegetables and pastry. With a little hint of chocolate for winter indulgence!

Giving more experienced cooks the opportunity to learn new techniques and skills and to build a repertoire of new recipes
Vegetarian
Spinach and Wensleydale cannelloni with tomato sauce, leek and orange roulade, vegetarian cassoulet, porcini and parmesan risotto. Homemade pesto and delicious desserts to enhance your cookery skills and to improve your repertoire
Fish cooking
A day with oceans of fish starters and main courses with dessert thrown in! Learn how to fillet and skin fish. Recipes include seafood and spinach roulade, Monk fish with ginger and lime, Salmon and sole pie with rosti potatoes, smoked fish, chilli and coriander cakes. Sea bass with coriander and ginger and sole florentine.

One for the boys
A day of cooking what men love to eat, so they can reproduce these delicious dishes for you. Recipes include pork fillet with sage cream and caramelised apples, steak Diane, Gingered garlic lamb, Timbale of rice, French apple flan
Workshops £50 per person or 2 for £90
10 – 2pm includes recipes, ingredients, food to taste or take home, tea towel. With demonstrations and hands on cooking
Starters & Desserts
When you are planning your meals do you always wonder what to do for something new? On this course you will build a new repertoire of hot and cold recipes to include some of the following and more - smoked trout mousse, mushroom gougere, prawn gumbo, seared scallops, chocolate marquis, Charlotte Royale,
 Novice cooks
Ideal for newly weds or anyone starting life away from home. Basic store cupboard ingredients and an introduction to food safety then onto the kitchen to knock up some easy, quick recipes with tip and hints to help your confidence in the kitchen. Throw away those packets of ready meals and say hello to paella, tiramisu, pork chops with apricots and sage, Green Thai chicken curry, chocolate pond pudding

Survival Cooking for Students
A day of how to budget, cook healthily and frugally, easy tips and food safety. Seafood Pasta, sweet & sour pork, honey & orange chicken, risotto, egg fried rice, cassoulet, beef stir fry, brownie & white chocolate mousse are some of the dishes you will turn your hand to with confidence.
Cooking on a Budget
How to take advantage of seasonal fruit and vegetables, adapting recipes and making the best of store cupboard ingredients. One pot cooking with economical cuts of meat and using your freezer to its best.
Beef carbonnade, Moroccan Lamb, Chicken & pesto, Homemade soups, Bobotie, Fishcakes, Mousses, apple & amareti tart are a selection of what might be on offer on the day
Special diets
Do you or your family have food intolerances? No need to lose out. A half day of filled with delicious Coelic and dairy free recipes including chocolate sauce, apricot frangipan

Baking
Always wondered how to bake?? Do you buy a lot of cakes and biscuits for packed lunches or do you have a bed & breakfast and want to provide cakes and biscuits? Come along and bake Swiss rolls, brownies, cakes, Cranberry and brie or apple and cinnamon scones, muffins and lots more.
Christmas cooking
Half day Christmas cakes and puddings plus chocolate roulade. Cakes and puddings will be cooked and delivered after the course.
Workshop  - Learn how to bone & stuff your turkey and stuff it with chicken, ham, sausage meat, and more. Make carving easy for the man of the house.

Children's Cookery
7 to 11 years & 12 to 18 years 10 – 2 pm
We make muffins, healthy calzones, carrot cakes, pastas, chocolate mousse, cheesecakes, stir fries, pancakes and lots more
