All the recipes can be adapted
and embellished! Recipes include
salmon quenelles, soufflé's and
meringue roulade, chocolate
caraque, French flan pastry, 3
tier fish terrine and avocado
prawn soufflé. Add to your
repertoire of entertaining,
using ingredients you might shy

We provide you with the freshest
produce (local were available).
Delight your friends on warm
summer evenings with a selection
of light and fruity summer foods
(indoors) for example chicken
with watercress, ice creams and
cheesecakes, barbeque idea and
cold buffet ideas. For the
winter we will be making warm
rustic and earthy foods using
root vegetables and pastry. With
a little hint of chocolate for
winter indulgence!
