Cancellation or course transfer requests will only be accepted over the telephone. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm.

A full refund for all bookings

14 to 30 days notice:

If we are able to fill your place, you will receive a full refund, less an administration fee of £15 per person.

If we are unable to fill your place, we will not refund any course fees.

Less than 14 days notice:

If we are able to fill your place, you will receive a full refund, less an administration fee of £15 per person.

If we are unable to fill your place, you will not refund any course fees and you will be liable for an administration fee of £15.

However unlikely, we do reserve the right to cancel a course due to circumstances beyond our control. We strongly advise that you take out insurance in case you are unable to attend your course for any reason. Harmony House Cookery School is not liable for any losses incurred if you have to cancel your booking.
