Make your own bread loaves, buns, plaits and
then create speciality breads of your choice
with a variety of savoury or sweet fillings,
Foccaccia, soda bread, Stromboli, gorgonzola
and walnut, spinach, garlic and parmesan,
chilli, olives and tomato, Chelsea buns,
fruit or cinnamon twists or honey bread,
Danish pastries and brioche and doughnuts
make this bread course different to the

A new workshop! Learn the basics on how to
cook a meat and vegetable meal, together
with a couple of desserts. Learn how to cook
casseroles and sautés as well as roasts and
chops
Beef stroganoff or bourguignon, pork chops
with a seasonal stuffing and chicken filled
with cream cheese and wrapped in bacon.
Followed by either delicious Bakewell tart,
apple pie, or a fruit crumble. Your visit
finishes with sharing lunch, from what you
have cooked, in the conservatory.
Wed 12th Herbs & Hedgerow with History
and health properties 10.30 – 2pm £40 with
lunch and a special joint demonstration with
Alison Turnbull of Gorse Farm
We will be demonstrating and making a
selection of soups, salads, soufflés, scones
and savoury choux! All made using herbs and
hedgerow foods. These include spinach,
loveage, wild garlic, watercress, nettle and
wild mint, dandelion crusted pork and rowan
jelly, rosehip cream and elderberry jelly.
Followed by a talk on herbs, their history
