I've just returned home from a lovely
evening expertly hosted by yourself. Once
again the food was delicious but the
demonstration and explantion of how to
prepare and vary dishes was excellent. And
all done at such speed too. Your husband
also cooked up a splendid barbeque for us.
We were thoroughly spoilt. What can I say -
lots of ideas, certainly full to bursting
and the merinque roulade with lemon curd and
the white chocolate
desserts......................oooooooohhhhhhhhhh
I'm still drooling! Food Solutions cookery courses have proved to be very popular with my members. They especially enjoy splitting into two teams to prepare and cook their evening meal under the watchful guidance of Hilary who has introduced them to new dishes and menus. The bonus is to sit down to eat their evening meal with a glass of Harmony House wine! This is a fun and entertaining evening and my members can’t wait for the next event in March! ‘Thank you for a wonderful day. The venue was lovely
the food delicious and the tuition gentle but very useful. I particularly
liked sitting down to enjoy the food we had made while discussing how our
day had gone and how we could develop the recipes we had used.’ Ann Brown
